At Clio Peppiatt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-crafted purchase. If your item is not quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item in its original branded packaging, ensuring the garment is protected and all designer tags remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our atelier.
